The Jeep Wave loyalty program provides exclusive care, support, and enticing benefits to eligible Jeep owners without any extra charges. Its purpose is to offer round-the-clock top-notch assistance to Jeep owners. As a token of appreciation to our faithful Jeep Wave customer care base, we have extended the program's coverage to include additional Jeep brand vehicles.
Don't Worry About Your Maintenance
During the initial 36 months of ownership, you have up to six Jeep Wave oil changes and tire rotations. Just head over to any Jeep dealership, and a specially-trained Jeep Brand technician will take care of all the servicing needs.
Added vehicle Protection
Grand Cherokee 4xe and Wrangler 4xe owners will also receive the same benefits for the entire duration of their 8-year/160,000 km battery warranty. If a covered component requires replacement and your vehicle is required to stay at the dealership overnight, you need not worry, as first-day rental coverage is included. Additionally, for the entire 5-year/100,000 km duration, you'll be provided with trip interruption coverage and round-the-clock roadside assistance.

1. Who Qualifies For The Jeep Wave Program?
2022, 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2021, 2022, 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, 2022, and 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, including the 2023 Wrangler, 2023 Wrangler 4xe, and 2023 Gladiator, are automatically enrolled into the Jeep Wave program.
2. When does the Jeep Wave membership program begin?
The membership for the Jeep Wave begins on the vehicle's in-service date.
3. Can you have more than one Jeep Wave membership?
Yes. Jeep Wave members can have unlimited memberships as long as they have qualifying vehicles. Every membership is linked to a specific identification number (VIN).
4. What happens to the Jeep Wave membership if you sell the vehicle?
The Jeep Wave membership can be transferred to all future owners at no charge. An authorized dealership must handle transfers of plan coverage and must be applied for within 30 days of the sale of the vehicle to the future owner. After a dealer transfers a Jeep Wave membership, the new owner will get a welcome package by mail with information on the plan's advantages and terms. Keep your proof of vehicle maintenance for the next owner.
5. How do maintenance services work?
Jeep Wave members can come to Countryside Chrysler dealers to redeem their oil change and tire rotation services.
6. What does trip interruption protection cover?
If your vehicle experiences a mechanical breakdown within the membership term limits while at least 200 Kilometers from home, up to $100 per day of a hotel, meals or returns transportation (not including car rentals), expenses can be claimed for reimbursement to a maximum of $300.
7. What does the first-day rental allowance cover?
The Jeep Wave membership contributes toward the rental if your vehicle has a defect causing the vehicle to become inoperable and must be kept overnight at an authorized FCA Canada Inc. retailer for repairs covered by your Service Contract or vehicle warranty. Even if your vehicle can be repaired the same day, a rental car allowance is available for same-day warranty or contract repairs, excluding maintenance.
